1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Services
- We provide instant top-ups for airtime, data across Nigerian networks (e.g., MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile), cable TV subscriptions (e.g., DSTV, GOtv), and electricity tokens (e.g., for PHCN or other discos).
- Services are available 24/7, subject to network availability and third-party providers.
- We aim for instant delivery but cannot guarantee it due to external factors like network downtime.
4. Payments and Pricing
- Prices are displayed on the site and may change without notice.
- Payments are processed via secure gateways (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). You agree to provide accurate payment information.
- All transactions are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Taxes and fees are included where applicable.
- Once processed, payments are non-refundable except in cases of failed delivery (see Refunds below).
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are issued only if a top-up fails due to our error and cannot be rectified.
- Request refunds within 24 hours via support@k3data.com.ng.
- No refunds for successful deliveries, user errors (e.g., wrong phone number), or changes in mind.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for illegal purposes or to violate laws.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the site.
- Transmit viruses or harmful code.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Resell our services without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (logos, text, images) is owned by K3Data or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
- We are not responsible for third-party issues, such as network failures or incorrect top-up details provided by you.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Abuja, FCT.
11. Termination We may terminate your access at any time for violations, with or without notice.
12. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
- No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing.
